• [Tank] Increased aggro generation from 153% to 205%.

• Patched an issue with partner's main skills.
• Patched an issue with Arborea Express title.
• Patched an issue with Aged Elinu's Tear needing more reputation.
• Patched an issue with New Phoenix where the skills where not being "remembered".
• Patched an issue with Vial of Elinu's Tears cooldown.
