PvP Changes

• Nerfed CU Tower HP by 15%.
• Adjusted CU Rewards Boxes:
• Added Silver Plates and Siglos.
• Added Purple Relic and Halidoms to Rank 1.
• Removed all PvP materials from the rewards.
• Increased Bellicarium Credit rewards.
• Added Jewel rewards.
• Added Anti-PvP stats to the remaining brooches that were missing them.
• Temporarily disabled GvG.
• Enabled Outlaw Declaration and PvP zones.

General Changes

Added new effects to PvE Leaderboard titles (Aesir's End, Phantom's Hideout)

World Boss Adjustments:

• Tripled the HP of Ortan, Cerrus, and Hazzard.
• Doubled Caiman's HP.
• Adjusted enrage timers.

• Added a Scroll of Full Resurrection to the Specialty Store.
• Adjusted the loot & gold rewards for 450 dungeons:
• Doubled TO loot.
• Tripled BRE loot.
• Vanguard Gold reward values:
• BRE: 14,675
• AEH: 5,875
• TO: 9,635
• PH: 16,550

Bug Fixes

• Pristine Fine Succoring Vyrsks should now fuse with the correct stats.
• Summon: Halloween Cat now properly displays the correct mount speed (290).
• Stare debuff from PH's Lakan should no longer persist after clearing, wiping, or resetting.
• Mana Burst debuffs from PH's Antaroth should no longer persist after clearing, wiping, or resetting.
• Adjusted the crit rate of Human Female Brawlers again to match all other race-gender combos.
